Your customer service is top notch! The looks of the nativity was very nice. Sadly the music part played much too fast and tinny. It was a Christmas gift that sadly I had to return. As I said though customer service was great. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from you again. I would probably avoid music items though.

Having been to Bethlehem twice, I wanted to support the families that make these olive wood nativities. I was a tiny bit skeptical about ordering something and having not seen it. My husband and I are hobbyist woodworkers and we know how much the grain of olive wood can vary in color. The Bethlehem Box did such a wonderful job of picking out my set. It is beautiful and simply quaint, and I am considering leaving it up year round on my nightstand. I would not hesitate to purchase more of this size nativity for family members.

I’m excited to support Israel by purchasing this nativity made in Bethlehem. I’m a Christian so I love nativities! I’m a little disappointed that it seemed to be put together quickly without a quality check. I can really see a bunch of glue at the top above the stable and the back of the piece was assembled crooked, so it doesn’t set level.
Also, I think it’s supposed to play Silent Night but it’s so fast. I’m not quite sure if that’s what the song is. Overall, I think it’s beautiful and I’m happy with it.

My experience was amazing! I gave my precious cousin & my great nephew one! They absolutely loved it & said it was their favorite gift! Purchased this for my BFF as she and her husband travel throughout the holidays, they generally don’t put up Christmas decorations indoors.
