Returns & Exchanges
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Exchanges may be available depending on product availability and value
All returned items are inspected upon receipt before a refund or exchange is issued.

Order Cancellation & Modifications
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us within one hour of placing it. After this time, changes may no longer be possible as the order may already be in processing.
For security reasons, we are unable to redirect shipments once they have been dispatched. If delivery cannot be completed to the original address, the package will be returned to our facility and treated as a return.
Promotions
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively.
