I was greatful that I was sent an entire new set of ornaments when only a few of mine broke. However I have to say I am not satisfied with this product. I really want to like it but it looks nothing like the pictures because no red bows are included at all and without that the ornaments look very sparse and not festive, additionally they are still shipped stuck on a paper with a tacky substance that transfers onto the ornaments. I also feel like they are thin and break easily when pulling them off the paper they are adhered to. I feel like the wood is too thin on the ornaments and they are not quality. I want to like them and the designs on the wood are nice but it's just poor quality in my opinion.

I love the ornaments but the packaging is terrible. It’s impossible to get them off of the paper without leaving residue and/or paper on the ornaments.

I gave 2 ornaments to one friend, 3 to her sister & 3 to my co-worker. I have one on my tree. Probably the best way to ship it would be to put it in small bags. They were on construction paper & the glue made the paper stick to the ornaments. Also the strings to use got stuck on the glue and started coming apart. Maybe put the strings in the bags & making them longer. Very beautiful ornaments.

The ornaments looked great. The downside was t try he glue that held them to the paper. It was way too strong and very hard to remove the ornaments. I even broke one trying to they look great though.

i ordered 2 sets of 9 pcs ornaments to decorate my little Christmas tree .they arrived on time,however i was not impressed with the packaging. each individual piece was pasted on a sticky paper that when i pulled out the ornament one broke into 2 because they were so thin and fragile. They are way too small too that the details were hardly visible. I wish they were bigger at least maybe 4 inches x 3 inches and a bit thicker. that would have made a big difference. Anyway, I am happy to be able to support the artisans in Bethlehem who crafted them!

Did not like the way these were shipped. They were glued to a piece of paper and the strings to hang the ornaments were not tied. Other than that the ornaments were nice, left sticky residue on back from glue.

I got the ornaments and they are lovely! The only complaint I have is that they were attached to a paper with double sided tape and the glue on the tape is stuck to the back of each of the ornaments. I've been trying to get the glue off and I'm hoping it doesn't ruin the wood. It's a tedious task and is taking quite a while to get the glue off.

So I wasn’t impressed with the ornaments they were nice but the way they’re sticking to the paper it was hard to pull them off and they still have the sticky glue on the ornament. The single packed they were much better for me!

The ornaments were delivered with care this time as the package was in excellent condition. The only thing that can be done for the ornaments is that the string be tied in a knot for each of the ornaments.
