I received my order yestrday and instead of receiving "Comfort Cross Dectet (10 Crosses - One Price) x2
I received 2 small crosses each in a small bag. Plz see picture attached. This is not what I ordered. My order cost $130.50 & I received 1 ornament & 2 small crosses. Was supposed to have received 2 (10 crosses per) a total of 20 crosses.
Once you correct this error & send me the items that I ordered I will gladly change this to 5stars b/c your products are top notch.
Please correct this asap. Thx, Cathy
My niece ❤️the beautiful crosses and shared them with her friends! They’re a high quality product and a treasured keepsake for the Faithful-THANKS for the PERFECT Christmas 🎁
My shipment of 30 comfort crosses arrived today. I’m very impressed not only with the amazing quality of the crosses and their beautiful individual packaging, but also with the professionalism displayed by Bethlehem Box throughout the entire process from ordering to shipping to arrival. I would give unqualified recommendation to the product and to the company! In these extremely difficult days may God pour out His blessing upon the company, the artists, and the international shipping affiliates!

Thank you for your feedback. It helps us motivate ourselves to improve our products and services even more! God bless you!
So far I have ordered 15 crosses. I'm finding homes for all. We have several people at our church with serious illnesses and a couple of widows that I'm sharing with besides my family. I may still need to buy more. Love them.
Quick delivery. Exactly as described. Quality that I have come to expect. We actually visited one of the stores in Bethlehem, several years ago and found the same quality there that we found in what received. Pray for peace in the Holy Land so we can return again, and again.
The crosses are so beautiful and every time I give one to a person, they are so happy because of the authenticity of the way each cross is made. So far I have bought so many packs of 10 crosses. Beautiful and meaningful small gifts.
Well made. Have handed out several so far. They are a good way to start out a conversation. Most people have not seen them before and when they read where they come from and the wood they are made from, they really like them.
High quality of all products. Never disappointed and recipients love the gifts I provide them, comfort crosses, Nativity Manger, Double hearts intertwined to name a few.
I’ve always been very happy with these shipments and I give them away to so many people. This time around one of the crosses was broken and the bag was all ripped and a couple of the cards were torn. I don’t know how this happens but wanted to mention.
Thank you.
Ready for gift giving! I’m going to include in care baskets. Perfect size and soothing to hold while praying. Each cross is unique….The grain in the wood is beautiful. Very pleased with my purchase. Thank you.
